Hi, I'm Mike.

I am an executive leader in Information Technology with over 20 years of experience in software product engineering and delivery. I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and am a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Six Sigma Quality engineer. My teams and leaders would say that I am a collaborative mentor driven to produce quality products and services by taking a disciplined, instructional approach to people, technology, and process management.

My experience includes leading teams to engineer and implement medication dispensing systems in the healthcare industry, order entry applications for the securities industry, treasury management systems for Fortune 1000 companies and financial institutions, and logistics in the retail sector to name a few. At Fiserv I reduced implementation project cycle times 25%, reduced new employee onboarding by 50%, and decreased an application codebase by over 80% while delivering projects on time and under budget.

In my spare time I enjoy playing and officiating ice hockey, and I am an avid motorcyclist that enjoys touring the US. The northeast corner of Illinois in Wadsworth is where I call home… directly between Milwaukee and Chicago.
